The dining room features a wild edge dining table with seating for 8 and French doors that open to catch the ocean breezes. The fully equipped modern kitchen has stainless appliances and a 50's diner themed breakfast nook. Enjoy a Sunday al fresco brunch, BBQ or 5 o'clock happy hour around the patio table on the terra cotta-paved deck, or kick back in the Adirondak-style easy chairs. The laundry room is equipped with full-size washer and dryer. The 2-car garage is accessible through a private back entrance. Bring your bicycles and pedal the half-mile or so to the bike path along the beach.
